Jubilee Arts was a community Arts group founded in 1974 in Sandwell. They worked with street theatre, play schemes, community festivals, murals and innovative Theatre-in-Education
projects. Much of their work made use of silk-screen printing, photography, reel-to-reel video. Later they embraced new technology as a powerful tool for community arts work.
